From my kitchen in Vienna

Sourdough, baked with patience.

I'm Stacy and I bake sourdough bread and cookies in my free time – for my family, friends and everyone who loves good bread. Here I show what's coming out of my oven and share my recipes.

How to get fresh bread

Real sourdough takes time. For fresh bread on Saturday, it all starts on Thursday:

  1. Thu morning

    You message me

Send me a message by Thursday morning at the latest with the bread you'd like.

  2. Thu evening & Fri morning

    Feeding the sourdough

I feed my sourdough in the evening and in the morning so it gets nice and lively.

  3. Friday

    Dough & patience

Kneading, folding, shaping – then the dough sleeps overnight in the fridge.

  4. Sat morning

    Into the oven

Early in the morning it bakes until the crust crackles and the kitchen smells amazing.

  5. Saturday

    Fresh bread!

Your bread is ready – we'll agree how it gets to you.

Sunday works the same way – just let me know one day later. I bake alongside school, so it only works if I know in time.
